What Firmhorse collects when you visit firmhorse.com or send us a form, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send the Checkup form: your name, work email, firm name and firm size, and, if you add them, your phone number, the case software you use and your message. When you use the contact page: your email, your message and, if you add it, your name.
When you visit: basic technical data that every website receives, like your IP address and browser type. Our host, Cloudflare, uses it to deliver the site and keep out spam and attacks.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, set up your free Checkup and keep a record of our conversations with your firm.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps basic visit counts from its own server records. We do not sell or rent your information, and we show no ads.
Where it is kept
Form entries wait in a Cloudflare database until our own systems in the United States collect them, normally within 5 minutes. We then delete them from Cloudflare. If they can't be collected, they are deleted after 30 days.
Deleted entries can stay in Cloudflare's database recovery history for up to 30 days. Only our team can see the entries.
Who we share it with
Only Cloudflare, which runs this site. No one else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to talk with you about Firmhorse. Ask us at any time and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send your request through our contact page at firmhorse.com/contact and we will reply.
